Sudoku Chaos is run by one person, Willem Mevius. There is no company behind it and no support desk. Email is the way to reach me, and I read everything.
Write to privacy@sudokuchaos.com for any of the following:
- A bug or a wrong puzzle. Every puzzle is checked to have exactly one solution before it is shown, so if a puzzle seems wrong, send the puzzle's web address (it is in the browser's address bar while you play) and what you see. I can look up the puzzle from that address.
- A puzzle idea or a variant you would like to see. Several variants on the site started as a suggestion.
- The books. Questions about an edition, a language, or a printing problem.
- Your account or your data. You can delete your account yourself from the account page. If you have lost your password and set no recovery question, write from any address and name the account; the privacy policy explains what is stored.
What to expect
I usually reply within a few days. Bug reports with a puzzle address get fixed first. I do not send newsletters and I do not pass your address to anyone.
Not by email
Daily puzzle times and leaderboard positions are recorded automatically and cannot be changed by request. If you believe a result is wrong, the puzzle date and your account name are enough for me to check it.
